TARGO is an exploration of these principles, translated into the scale of a dining table.
From Thought to Form Every design begins with an idea. Through drawing, proportions emerge, relationships are tested and a form gradually develops its own identity.
For TARGO, the starting point was the relationship between a circular tabletop and a sculptural supporting structure.
Structure & Proportion The distinctive base is defined by three supporting elements and generous curved openings. Their geometry creates a visual rhythm, balancing the solidity of the material with a sense of openness.
Rather than concealing its structure, TARGO makes it the central expression of the design.
The natural warmth of walnut introduces depth and texture, while the clarity of the geometry gives the table its architectural character.
The Object in Space TARGO is conceived not simply as a functional object, but as part of a larger spatial composition.
Its sculptural presence establishes a dialogue with the surrounding architecture — equally at home in a contemporary interior or a more classical setting.
